3,000 pieces per size, with a lead time of 4-5 weeks after proof approval. Height is variable at any standard diameter, so a second SKU at the same diameter does not need new body tooling.
Tinplate, wood and paperboard. Tinplate gives the most secure reseal and the most satisfying sound; wood reads as the most premium and costs the most; paperboard is the lightest and keeps the pack closest to a single-material claim.
Not reliably. The wound body and the rigid wall make valve fitting difficult and the seal is not comparable to a laminate pouch. For freshly roasted coffee that needs to vent, a valve pouch inside the tube is the usual answer — the tube handles presentation, the pouch handles freshness.
Aluminium foil, if you want the tube to hold aroma. Food-grade paper is the alternative where fibre recyclability matters more, but it will not hold volatile aromatics for long. Note that a foil liner means the pack is no longer single-material, so you cannot claim both.
