What is your MOQ?

MOQ depends on the packaging, material and printing method. Tell us what you need, and we’ll suggest a suitable quantity.

Can I order samples first?

Yes. We can provide material samples, existing bag samples or custom samples depending on your project.

Can you help me choose the right packaging?

Sure! Tell us what you are packing, how long it needs to stay fresh and where it will be sold. We’ll help you compare the options.

What information do you need from me?

Your product, size, quantity, artwork, delivery country and target date are a good place to start. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything yet.

Which material should I choose?

The right material depends on your product, shelf life, packing process and target market. There is no single material that works for every product.

How much protection does my product need?

Different products need different levels of protection from oxygen, moisture, light or oil. We’ll recommend a structure based on your product's needs.

Can you match my current packaging?

In many cases, yes. Send us a sample or the packaging details and we can look at the size, material and structure.

Can I add a zipper or valve?

Yes, depending on the bag and product. We can recommend the suitable features based on your filling process and how the packaging will be used.

Do you offer sustainable materials?

Yes. Options include recyclable mono-materials, FSC paper, PCR content and other lower-impact materials. We can help you compare these options based on your requirements.

What you need to know before your design goes to print.

What artwork files do you need?

AI or PDF files usually work best. If you’re not sure, send us what you have, and our prepress team can check it.

Can you check my artwork before printing?

Yes. We check the file, size, colours, bleed areas and other key details before production.

Can you match my brand colours?

Yes. Send us your Pantone colours or colour references, and we'll use them as a guide during proofing and production.

Can I split one order across different designs?

Often, yes. If the designs share the same bag size, material and structure, the quantity can often be split between different artworks.

Can I see a proof before production?

Yes. Depending on the project, we can provide a digital proof, printed proof or a sample before full production.

What is your lead time?

It depends on the product, quantity and production schedule. We'll confirm the estimated lead time before you place your order.

When do I need to pay?

Yes. We work with customers in more than 40 countries and can arrange international shipping.

Can you help with shipping documents?

Yes. Our team can prepare the main export and shipping documents needed for your order.

Can you store my packaging for later delivery?

Warehousing and planned shipments can be discussed depending on your order and delivery needs.

How do you check quality?

We inspect materials, printing and finished bags throughout production. Every order also undergoes a final quality check before shipment.

Can you test the packaging before production?

Yes. When needed, we can carry out filling, sealing and drop tests before full production.

What happens if there is a problem with my order?

Let us know what happened, and we'll review your order and production records to identify the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Do you keep my order details for reorders?

Yes. We keep key details such as artwork, materials and approved specifications to make repeat orders easier and more consistent.

What certifications do you have?

Our certifications include FSC, BRCGS and ISO 9001, along with other supporting documents. Current certificates can be viewed on our Certifications page.
